So if it was going on before the filings, you just gave me a reason to think that the books are the reason for the late filing. QMC would have been made known of an SEC investigation. QMC's auditors would have to correct the books. If there were significant errors and they were already under the magnifying glass of the SEC, the auditors wouldn't sign the 10K without known it was flawless and correct.

This explains why the 10K may be so late. Thanks for the info and giving more valid reason for a late filing.
