Why waste their time with needless repeat inquires if you already know the answer? If it's because of the late 10Q&K YOU are wasting their time and the Government can barely stay open as it is!:

The Form 10-Q includes unaudited financial statements and provides a continuing view of the company's financial position during the year. The report must be filed for each of the first three fiscal quarters of the company's fiscal year.
