Such takings have still been occurring as of september largely because 70% of the new admins 4004 political appointees had not been approved by congress yet as of august, leaving many holdover appointees largely in control of many agencies or sections of agencies-part of the swamp. Last I heard only 50%of the new political appointees had been approved.
So timing of certain things may be critical.
