I don't disagree, however I also don't think all investors, even in the OTC revolve around these message boards. Please guys I am in this too so don't rip my head off for trying to think realistically and ask a question, but I do see a possible negative outcome that takes a little of everything into account. Would everyone agree that we are more or less dead to significant news within the next month to maybe month and a half? If you don't agree then why? Heres why I ask.
No I don't think its a share selling scheme obviously like the bashers say, but Hanks said since the beginning in a news article I believe that he intended to use MMEX as a means to get the project off the ground, which is why the notes were not so surprising and as long as we were moving forward I understand, and yes many milestones have been met. However, now we are facing a potential reverse split which the company has been up front about and from what I understand dilution, meaning that we current shareholders could be screwed with that combination assuming you don't think a RS is enough. Again, I hope this does not play out, and sure it would be dirty and cold but Ive seen such things forgot about before and a company and new investors move forward afterwards, but if you see a scenario where we are completely fine with no news until a reverse split please let me know. Otherwise, now we are all just left waiting for that update in due time, which is the least ideal situation to be in, and it doesn't get a whole lot riskier in my opinion.
Its all in my opinion and meant for conversation and again I don't agree with any of these bashers and what they have said..example I glow said "They will never file an S-1" (I would find the post if Ihub wasn't so dated and less user friendly than even craigslist) and here we are with the 3rd round of S-1 comments. ...I also am pretty positive I saw jmjjw post V-Fuels was incorporated in February 2017...easily disproved with a google search, but a lot of posting with this stock seems very polarized...meaning its either a share selling scheme where hanks is complete crook on one end, and a genius on the other and building a refinery etc...which I guess can be the case on any penny stock message board, but my fear, as I have expressed, is the negative middle ground where its not a scam, and he is, or is trying to do what has been said, but at the early stage investors' expense. Certainly hope not, but no significant news prior to a reverse split would certainly imply the latter in my opinion. Let me know why not if you think otherwise.
PS... why all the arguments about the flagpole and view from the construction site and all this stuff ? If there has not been a financing announcement, why would anyone expect there to be activity there when no one knows how they will be paid? Maybe I missed something on that argument but sorry I don't live on those boards.
