A brutal day for MMEX (investors) so far!
Only a couple of hours left in the trading day, sell volume leading buys by more than 8:1! That suggests what the market perception is over MMEX’s S-1, and the Crown Bridge deal.
Taking on $3-million in additional toxic debt, and the corresponding dilution is an amazingly (dumb) move - nobody does the Crown Bridge deal! Except MMEX…
Still no financing, still no good news. The S-1 is telling, in so many ways:
