The play arrow is for YouTube. When I clicked on the small box on the bottom right, my Vizio TV came on with a bunch of You Tube channels showing up. I could use the arrows to move from one YouTube channel to the next. The strangest part of this is that the TV in my office is not a SmartTV so I have no clue how my television read this computer to begin a signal.
