Wow! what is he doing moving to a penny stock company? I don't usually invest in penny stocks but what is it about this company that made him decide to join as CEO?

Anybody new who looks into this company and sees a .02 price and then does a little DD will decide that it is a no-brainer investment at this price. It's may not make it take off, but it sure could make it go up a few ticks.
