All just my opinion. Others have various other theories.
Fwiw - a/s is not overblown for a pinky and a relatively few folks hold many many shares and are hoping and counting on a big run at some point so are patiently waiting and watching.
I was one of those but couldn't take it any more and started to see things in a different light.
