I certainly agree with what you're saying. Back in 2000 I saw much the same thing happen in biotech's and many other stocks. In many cases those high's remain as all time high's to this day.

I don't believe that will be the case with cannabis based stocks, I believe most will be quite positive in 2018, many including OWCP hitting either all time high's, or high's not seen in many years.
