They, of course will be included in the Audited FINS which will be released on 1/31 (better be with all the hype surrounding this). I understand your frustration with SB claiming on several occasions that we would be seeing last quarter financials by 12/15,,,then sending a message that they were delayed by 2 weeks,,,then never mentioning them again.

If you say it,,,do it! Your reputation is all you have.

While saying that, I came to accept that we were not going to receive those FINS. My issue is that by Steve not caring enough to explain why they were not prepared and released, it only fed into those who are bashing every move.

I realize those FINS were not required but when the CEO states they were forthcoming, they need to be delivered or at least an explanation as to why they won't be prepared. After all, he is the CEO and the buck stops with his word!
