Before some come to negative assumptions about who’s side Gerry David is on, keep in mind in the beverage world, it is very common for a person to be a consultant to several companies even if they are in direct competition of each other. When it becomes questionable is when they sit on the board of directors and that could be considered as conflict of interest but if he’s just consulting, then it’s all fair and game.
