If a nasdaq listed stock falls below $1.....
That's the minimum requirement as far as I'm aware....when a stock falls below that for too long a period of time they're given a warning letter and a prescribed period of time to regain compliance....it can take quite a while for a stock to get kicked off but it happens frequently.
As far as a stock uplisting....I know it has to be over a dollar, but when I've seen companies do it they've always had a PPS of at least $5...SBOT did a reverse to get off the pinks, and VUZI did a 1:75 consolidation in 2013.
