$2.04 PPS Possible post financing scenario for MMEX. I hope.
(1) Announce financing with an 8-K
(2) Announce an 1:30,000 RS with Form DEF-14A. Anyone who has less than 30,000 shares will lose that fraction. There will be a reduction of the OS and a massive short squeeze. At todays PPS each share will be worth $204.
(3) Announce a 100:1 Forward Split and the PPS will be $2.04.
(4) Up-List to the OTC QX.
(5) In the matter of days the our market cap should attract Institutional Funds dealing with Small Cap Energy Services and Producers.

Lets pretend someone only owns 300,000/30,000=10 shares x 204 = $2040
Then 100 to 1+1000 shares x 2.04 = the same. At least @ 300,000 x a penny was $3000 DUH
