For those that attended the meeting:
Was the 10% of profits (as stated in the proxy to be used for the Buyback) off gross or net profits?
Did anyone on the BOD or the new CEO mention a present fair value for the PPS or provide a projected future PPS?
Where is the additional 26M investment coming from ? Is it the same Investor or another company? Did they mention the investor Bridgeport/Samaran by name?
What was said regarding the NTGL distribution?
Any mention of tender offer?
Mergers/acquisitions?
Lightning Studio partnership?
Approx how many SH's attended and what was the mood of SH's during and after the meeting? Positive vibes?
