This is all just minor low volume noise before a hopeful Big deal is announced.
as far as dilution being done: I doubt it. GC is still taking out those 30-40 k a month "keep your lights on", hard mony toxic loans.
Maybe they are not converting right now but they will.
Only way around this is to start producing and selling product/lic agreements
Wake me up when we get to 20 cents( which is .0010 pre split, so dont get to excited when we hit 20 cents. )
On the good side OTCQB qualification is easy as paying the fee as COTE qualifies right now as we speak.
