Can't possibly be a fact right now because a google search for "Edward Scott oil and gas" pulls up a bunch of different results, while a more limited search would pull up even more results, so how do you know that this is the correct one, if any of them even are...and if he or someone told you its him, you don't know if they are lying or not, nor can you tell if the very little he's mentioned is a lie or not. Very much not a fact, very X4, or X5, or is it very X6 now I dunno...Could be anyone.
