I don't remember where I heard about FINRA possibly requiring audited fins. As I said, I could very well be wrong. I always assumed it was the debt that was causing the delay but who knows? It's also possible that there is an MJ acquisition involved. That could make our name change and redomicile situation even more complex?

I'm hoping we get name change before fins and I am trying to think of reasons for the delay.

I am not worried because I know that SB has a plan. We have the revs, we have major contracts pending, MJ is on the horizon as is our exciting and potentially life changing 6th leg.
