OK-so now we are going to have 5B in common stock. How will it be issued, and who gets it. If it dribbles out slowly to The Public at Large, it will just serve to decimate the share price and not raise much money. Also, Gurba needs to maintain control thru the voting rights, which he would lose.
IMHO, the majority of these shares will be used constructively in exchange for direct company expansion & paying down debt, with restrictions on their usage and ability to sell. How else can it work?
What concerns me now, which the happy talk crowd on I Hub dismissed, is the R/S Factor. If Gurba wants to move up to a better exchange, surely a 1 for 50 R/S is a possibility in the (not so far distant) future.
All this should make for a lively radio show.
