To newbies, realize that the continuing resolution has given us SHs a unique opportunity. That ends the 16th of Feb with (presumed) final passage of the spending authorization bill. Until that new money is approved by the POTUS all the contracting officers (I was one) in the Federal Government cannot legally obligate new spending. Once the money hits their accounts it will go fast. So now is the time to write your elected officials. Tell them about the ongoing & increased Russian cyber attacks on our troops. Then tell them about the solution to the troops' smartphone COMSEC problem, SFOR's Mobile Trust. In doing so you may very well help save a soldiers' life in a future conflict.
