Here is my current thinking: I get a gut feeling this is not a deal for MMEX. I would expect that to be done out of shares issued by MMEX. I don't think Maple would sell its shares to get funding or something for MMEX.

Its either a trust getting started (like a gift) or a transfer that gets something Maple needs. Or the worst scenario is Maple just paid off some debt with these shares and the 100mil will start to hit the market. The later would suck.
