Also, I meant to say end of 1st quarter, not 3rd quarter, but it appears it's actually 60 days from the end of the fiscal year, at least for obtaining or maintaining an audited designation. http://www.finra.org/industry/annual-audit
If that applies to their agenda, they may be looking at going current with an audited annual report by the end of February. That would be nice.
