There is no way that Leo would be writing optimistic stuff as he has recently, if the results didn't warrant it. The SEC is only too happy to go after small companies, as they are easy targets. It's the big crooks that they won't go after.

So any CEO of a small company would be crazy to post anything that in any way could lead to trouble for him or the company. CTIX/IPIX successfully having defended the utterly unwarranted suit from the Rosen Firm (Mako puppet or just ambulance chaser?), there is NO way he would take a chance on them deciding to try to get revenge.
