Only what you likely already know. Their fiscal year is still listed as ending on 12/31. Correct me if I'm wrong, but off the top of my head wouldn't that move it out to end of 3rd quarter? I'm assuming they have more like 90 days to file annuals with the last quarter. I also haven't checked for anything new with the Nevada SOS. SPCL was incorporated in Nevada.
