Not sure if I am reading your post right, but it seems you agree with me that if Leo knows P results are very good he will be much tougher in negotiations than if not.

My question was when Leo would have that info, now after he had scanned the rough data or later after being told of results from those that analyzed the results and assuming he never was given the rough data to view?
