Sadly, you are right. It looks like Congress is failing to pass the funding authorization bill. Consequently, a continuing resolution (CR) is in the cards. This kicks the can down the road another month to Feb 20. What this means is that nothing new, like defensive software from our Federal vendor ACS, can be ordered by any Federal Agency or Department. Only those items already in the procurement pipeline can be acquired. Once again the Feds are marching in place. This is very frustrating!
