LOL they swore we'd be in trips over and over, and as far as I can tell, our trips have simply fallen off our 52 week chart, never to be heard from again.
They'll be screaming "timber" all the way up to .50 and beyond.
I say let them scream until they're hoarse, as long as it's not over here.
Do you think when they/we get paid, that they'll have the cash up-front, as a single payment? Like all of a sudden they'll be awash in cash (relatively speaking, for them). I'm speculating on how much a sudden windfall would mean to them, and how they would prioritize this cash. I'd also be curious to know how much we've had to lean on that litigation financing, if at all.
