Throw-out the Federal lands,,,National Parks, military bases, Native American reservations....and it's MUCH less than 90%.
That said, why should real estate predominate in electoral calculations?
If it were reversed would you argue that conservative urban areas should predominate over those Lotus Eating lefties in the Great Plains, Pac NW and CA and the now 'blue' Red States?
In other words, would you be OK with the reverse balance of electoral votes?
Try 'terming it around' in all of your posts.
