If location is the only problem, Mr. Heddle could always load up the current processors on a flatbed truck and move them to the theoretical ideal location. No joint venture needed.
Of course we don't know the real problem with PTOI's processors. Shareholders have been given nine years of excuses...but those excuses, or silence, keep coming. Mr. Bordynuik previously boasted that he never had to use the same excuse twice and Mr. Heddle is keeping up the tradition of tending the carrot farm.
