Yes it is alive. The reason the anticipated PR didn't come out announcing the closing of the acquisition due Dec 31, 2017 was explained in the Jan 17, 2018 PR - they decided not to close on time after carrying out DD.
However, now there are updates on 2 acquisitions to look forward to and those that were quick enough today to spot the huge buying - including 57M in a single second - got the year-start bottom price.
Just a matter of patience now.
