They should at least update their project timeline. We are 'slated' to start construction in January... If there was anything to the AS increase as a sign/pill/prep for finance, we should see news real soon to keep that timeline.

Lets take the most pessimistic view and assume that Jack has no concern for shareholders and is fine to RS to keep his QB (presumably for better financing opportunities) and won't put out any PR just to hold it up, and will wait till there is a deal to announce. The question to me at that point is whether there is any detrimental effect on his ability to finance that would prompt him to try and avoid the RS?
