Understand:
There was inherited debt that SB "inherited"....hence the term, when he got ONCI. He negotiated it to pennies on the dollar. Those creditors MUST BE PAID IN FULL before some of the other can happen. THIS is where the selling (most of it anyway) is coming from ....my guess. Some other might be flippers.
As soon as creditors are >PAID IN FULL<, hold on!
