By the way, forgetting about the J&J lawsuit for a moment (and disposing of this stock buyback nonsense because small companies don't think that way -- stock jockeys do), if J&J's diabetes divisions are acquired, the first divisions that Sinocare (the acquirer) will eliminate are the marginal or money losing divisions and products, and for Lifescan that is DECN's wheelhouse. And, if the industry #1 will be acquired, then secondary companies with smaller appetites will acquire smaller companies to fit their budgets. OMG the feeding frenzy will begin.
