According to what I read about it from the company it should work on the following platforms:
Mac OS X 10.7 Lion, Windows 8.1, Mac OS X El Capitan 10.11, Mac OS X 10.8 Mountain Lion, Windows 10, Mac OS Sierra, Windows 7, Mac OS X 10.10 Yosemite, Mac OS X 10.9 Mavericks
So to answer your question, I believe the answer is yes. $9.99 is a superb deal if you would like, usually it costs a minimum of $19.99.
