LakeHouse, If I understand your post the other company you’re in is making only a name change. For Hexagon, Hexagon Holdings Corp was formed and domiciled in Colorado and On4 was redomiciled from Delaware to Colorado for them to then merge; with Hexagon being the surviving entity. So, the difference may be between a simple name change and a merger.
