I’m sorry if I gave the impression that these two cases were in any way comparable, besides that fact that it’s a super high profile case that’s in the same legal predicament as us, that is all. The administration wants to skip the appeals and have a final say in the matter, just as much as R&G does (I assume). Both sides want to avoid the legal dance. Not a complete idiot.
