Looks like simply an 'Amendment No.2 to the Registration Statement on Form S-1/A of our report dated October 11, 2017.' Same S-1/A (no new dilution!)
One thing i noticed in this Amendment No.2 is the Proposed Maximum Aggregate Offering Price Per Share (1) is .0189. (see Page 2) with Proposed Maximum Aggregate Offering Price $4,725,000
In the Amendment No. 1 they had it at .02, with Proposed Maximum Aggregate Offering Price $5,000,000 (see page 2)
