imo, "immediately appeal" that just means their (RG) eagerness of appealing and will do so and does not mean they will hastily write/submit.

And sure you can think it will come any day but to me it will not and RG will take all their time to write.

Again, all the other lawsuits also will be hinged upon the outcome of this appeal so this initial brief they are/will be writing is extremely crucial, not an easy peasy write up.
