Clearly, by continuing to claim that the re-launch will materialize in February, you are ignoring the words of the CEO.
If, as Welch succinctly stated, the product reformulation is slated for the 2nd quarter, it is unlikely a re-launch will occur in February. When it will be has yet to be disclosed by management.
