My doctor and his nurse in June last year seemed overly concerned and not happy for me as I had lost 12 pounds, using 1/3 the medication and my blood pressure on the low end of normal instead of too high, all in six months. I can guess that my doctor mentioned me at clinic meetings.
Now a week ago the doc and nurse were a little more friendly than the last time. Acceptance is a process. My cholesterol was much better now too, unlike in June.
