Hwwks is right, All Gore "Created" the internet. He did not invent it. His own words, he created the internet through his initiatives.
So again it is "Liberal English" that depends on how you define the word "is", That way anything they say they can say they didn't.
Bill Clinton was fine with "I did not have sex with that woman, Monica Lewinsky."
He was actually talking to Monica and saying he did not have sex with "That Woman", meaning Hillary. I mean, who would want sex with her. She reminds me of a black widow spider, kills the male after sex.
