We know that the P results will be at least somewhat good because of the results from the first clinical trial. My GUESS, and everyone is only guessing now, is that the higher dosages will be more efficacious.

When you read about the side effects and the extreme cost of the biologics, if P has anywhere near the efficacy of the biologics, it will be the drug that is tried first, especially if the pricing is good. I've known people with psoriatic arthritis and the doctors always tried to use the least harmful medications first, gradually escalating the type of drug from least side effects to the more dangerous ones.
If P continues to be so safe, it's going to be the first choice of treatment. Assuming, of course, that this clinical trial is as good as the first one.
