WHY is he passing on money then, if he was truly approached, why would he decline it ? Doesn't make one bit of sense...think about it, he has 26M shares and if his back is against the wall - take it and expand by 1 more store and then DUMP at a higher price. An 8 cent rise in PPS is worth $2.1M to him and his family. You have to start thinking that way
Getting 7-800k is absolute chump change on a concept that clearly works and that shows that demand is still there. The only negative on those YELP reviews is how crowded it was and how long it took to get a table. C'mon
