Everything and anything related to POT will be legal for one simple reason. MONEY! All the states need it and want it. It solves all their financial problems. If an adjoining state is legal and the other is not guess where the people are going to buy pot. No legislature in their right mind will allow that loss of revenue. It just takes time to get their ass in gear but you can count on all the states will be legal for pot, sooner or later.
