The State of Florida is in the midst of voting on a more stringent DD Law. Please tweet out to these two State Representatives as they are sponsoring a bill to put some teeth into the DD Fines. Presently, it is against the law to text and drive, however, the police are not allowed to pull you over unless you are doing something else to warrant being pulled over. The fine is $20 if the officer wants to tack it onto your ticket.
