Sorry, but your misinterpretation of the phrase behind the acronym NWO is no excuse for falling for Bannon's explicit 'deep state' bullshit.
NWO was about cooperation not about a cabal. Hell, the inability of countries to coordinate on all but the most mundane matters is self-evident both before and since Bush coined the phrase.
I guess he was misled by the ease he encountered in building a coalition against Saddam Hussein.
How come the NWO didn't assure him of reelection? I mean he had all of his NWO buddies who wanted him reelected.
