All this banter about The SEC will never accept any audits from Treaty until 2012 is corrected and it is said it can be done.
I'm quite comfortable that is Bullchit. The SEC has charged those responsible it and know that year will never be exact. That is why the SEC waived that year and when Treaty files the 13 & 14 the SEC will be happy.
Anyone who says differently TDBowieknife for example is Full of Chit and only want Treaty investors to sell and hope new investors don't buy.
