I certainly agree that a updated presentation should come at, or just before the Wall St. presentation. I think the BOD change will be announced before that.
The news that should improve the climate for all in the cannabis industry should be Congressional action to curb Session's, and I believe that could happen at any time they raise the debt, or deal with the dreamers. I suspect that Congress would rather roll such legislation into something major than see them voting for, or against cannabis as a stand alone bill.
Of course it's always possible that Session's will get the ax and whoever replaces him will reverse his actions. I believe if he's out it may take many months, or longer, to permanently replace him. I don't know that you'll get a replacement as long as the Mueller investigation is ongoing.
