Few Institutions invest in penny stocks, and it's further complicated by banks not dealing with cannabis based companies while U.S. law is still labeling it illegal.
That said, MyDx while cannabis based could be classified as a medical device company, it's a stretch, but it might open the door to some.
What's really needed is Congress to define cannabis based companies as legal where State laws say they're legal, this too is a stretch over what's currently proposed. As I see it, what's proposed is saying Justice Dept., hands off in State's where it's legal.
Of course the ultimate required from Congress is totally reclassifying cannabis. Perhaps this will happen when the State count legalizing it approaches 40, but who know's, they might insist on 50.
