StrikeForce pays a fee for the notice of appeal to the district court. The fee was $450, unless it went up on January 1. They do not pay the costs to SA until after the appeal is resolved and I think if StrikeForce is successful on the appeal the costs to be paid to SA are nullified. All imo.
