This thing is no where near the bottom for shorts. In your mind, and most people's minds, as it seems logical based on years of basic addition and subtraction, 2-3 cents as almost zero or nothing. In fact, this thing can be shorted down to triple 000's easily, which from 2-3 cents represents 100's if not 1000's % of gains for shorts from our current level for shorts. it does not go from .01 to 0 in OTC...
